January 25, 2021 Update Dear Neighbours, I would like to continue to thank everyone for their efforts during these difficult times, I know it has been tough, but we must continue to fight the spread of COVID-19 and keep ourselves and our community safe. It is also important to remember, our mental health is paramount, and that we take care of ourselves and seek support if needed.

City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update:(Data as of January 24, 2020) There has been an increase of 767 COVID-19 cases in the City with 508 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 82,790 cases of COVID-19, of these, 72,635 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 2,342 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. Province of Ontario status of COVID-19 Cases can be found here.

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the city’s first confirmed case of COVID-19 – the first confirmed instance of the virus in Toronto, Ontario and all of Canada. The past year has required tremendous sacrifice by all of the people in the city. It remains imperative that we all respect the COVID-19 orders and stay home as much as possible to save lives by reducing opportunities for COVID-19 to spread.

A Province-wide declaration of emergency and stay-at-home orders remain in effect. When you are outside of your home for essential purposes, remember to wear a mask or face covering, practice physical distancing and good hand hygiene. If you recently got tested for COVID-19, you may get a text message to complete a short, voluntary survey about your activities days before your test. Your responses are confidential and will help Toronto Public Health better understand virus spread in our city. Learn more about Toronto Public Health’s source of infection survey here.

Ontario adjusts vaccination plan in response to Pfizer-BioNTech shipment delays. On January 19, the federal government notified the province of further reductions in Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine shipments. Ontario will not received vaccine deliveries for the week of January 25 and will receive just over 26,000 doses for the first week of February. As of today, Ontario has not been provided its allocation for the weeks of February 8 and 15, 2021.

In response to the significant reduction in distribution by the federal government and the uncertainty of future shipments, the province and vaccination sites have worked together to develop a plan to accelerate vaccination of the province’s most vulnerable. Second doses will continue to be administered based on availability of supply provided by the federal government. Actions being taken include:

Accelerate vaccination of the most vulnerable populations across Ontario with the goal of visiting each home in the province to administer fist does by February 5, 2021, pending delivery dates for the week of February 1, 2021.
Doses of Moderna vaccine will be reallocated to 14 public health units to ensure vaccines are administered at each long-term care home in the province.

Toronto Public Health working with partners to keep people safe from new COVID-19 variants. Cases of the U.K. B.1.1.7 variant of COVID-19 that originated in the United Kingdom have been confirmed in Toronto and other parts of the province. In light of this, Toronto Public Health (TPH) is reinforcing the importance of infection prevention and control measures (IPAC) in long-term care homes, retirement homes, correction facilities, shelters, group homes and other congregate living settings, child care centres, and schools that remain open for students with special education needs who cannot be accommodated through remote learning. These measures include:

passive and active screening for visitors and staff;
universal masking; personal protective equipment;
proper hand hygiene;
physical distancing; and
environmental cleaning.

Toronto Police Service’s Winter Watch Pedestrian Safety Campaign. From Monday, January 25 to Sunday, January 31, all frontline members of the Toronto Police Service will focus on the “Big 4” driver behaviours that are known to cause injuries to all road users – speeding, driving aggressively, driving while distracted and driving while impaired. Winter means fewer daylight hours and reduced visibility for all road users. Over the past three years (2018-2020) 51% of pedestrian fatalities occurred during the months of November to March. This campaign will support Toronto’s Vision Zero Road Safety Plan. For more information please read this news release.

Toronto Police Services Board is holding a Virtual Meeting on January 28, 2021 at 11:45am. Members of the public and media are welcome to attend the meeting through their livestream. January 22, 2021 Update Dear Neighbours, I would like to continue to thank everyone for their efforts during these difficult times, I know it has been tough, but we must continue to fight the spread of COVID-19 and keep ourselves and our community safe. It is also important to remember, our mental health is paramount, and that we take care of ourselves and seek support if needed.

City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update:(Data as of January 21, 2020) There has been an increase of 831 COVID-19 cases in the City with 504 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 80,541 cases of COVID-19, of these, 70,181 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 2,276 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. Province of Ontario status of COVID-19 Cases can be found here.

The Province of Ontario’s state of emergency and stay-at-home orders remain in effect for Toronto and across the province. The City urges all people to respect the COVID-19 orders and stay at home as much as possible. When you are outside of your home for essential purposes, remember to wear a mask or face covering, practice physical distancing and good hand hygiene. Tonight at 7p.m., the City of Toronto will open its Warming Centres to help those experiencing homelessness. The centres give a safe indoor and warm place to rest and access snacks, washroom facilities and referrals to emergency shelters. Space will be offered at the following locations:

129 Peter Street
5800 Yonge Street
Exhibition Place, Better Living Centre, 195 Princes’ Boulevard
Scarborough Civic Centre, 150 Borough Drive

Warming Centres are generally activated with the City issues an Extreme Cold Weather Alert (ECWQ) based on a forecast of minus 15 degrees Celsius or colder. While the temperature forecast is not expected to reach this threshold, the City is activating the Warming Centre tonight in an abundance of caution due to colder nighttime temperatures, forecasted windchill and expected snow. City of Toronto traffic data shows more people are staying home to fight COVID-19. Today, the City released traffic data to help show the impact of the ongoing lockdown. There are three key traffic monitoring measures City staff rely on including traffic congestion, traffic volume and traffic counts of cars and pedestrians. The data confirms that vehicle traffic continues to be at its lowest observed levels since Stage 1 Reopening back in May and June 2020 but is still higher than conditions observed during the initial lockdown last spring. Traffic conditions in the first two days since additional restrictions were imposed by the Province were similar to the days immediately preceding this period. City of Toronto advises that winter sightings of coyotes are normal in parts of Toronto. Coyote habitats typically include ravines, forests and large parks, residents who live near theses areas can expect to see more coyotes during the winter. At this time of year, it is easier to sot coyotes in parks and ravines, as they are not hidden by foliage. Most interactions with coyotes in Toronto are the result of a nearby, regular food source, especially intentional feeding by people. Feeding wild animals, including coyotes, is detrimental and can create problems for the neighbourhood. To minimize negative encounters with coyotes, residents should remember the following:

Never feed coyotes and don’t leave food, including pet food, outside.
Properly dispose of garbage and waste at home and at parks.
When encountering a coyote, do not run but make noise to scare the coyote away.
Do not approach coyotes, their dens or their young.
Do not touch coyotes, even if they appear tame, sick or injured.

City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update:(Data as of January 19, 2020) There has been an increase of 981 COVID-19 cases in the City with 484 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 78,819 cases of COVID-19, of these, 68,290 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 2,246 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto. The Pop-up Assessment Centre will be held at Scarborough Village Recreation Centre, located at 3600 Kingston Rd, from 9am to 6pm every Thursday starting January 21, 2021. City of Toronto report outlines plan for bigger and better CafeTO program in 2021 to help local restaurants. The report, which will be considered at the Executive Committee meeting on Wednesday, January 27, includes details about the CafeTO – a quick-start pandemic response program launched last summer – and outlines key findings and outcomes along with recommendations on how to ensure the program is bigger and better this year. The report indicates that the City would again work with BIAs, local restaurant and bar owners to make enhancements such as updated registration processes, comprehensive and safe traffic management plans, support for quick CafeTO installations and more.

The report also includes details about the CurbTO program which calls for City staff to be prepared to work with health officials and local business owners to continue the CurbTO program. The full CafeTO and CurbTO – Pandemic Response Programs report is available online.

City of Toronto report on policing recommends pilots for community safety and crisis response program to be considered at January 27 Executive Committee meeting.These pilot programs would allow for non-police led response for non-emergency, non-violent calls including those involving persons in crisis and for wellness checks. If approved by Council, three pilots will be implemented in Northwest Toronto, North East Toronto, and Downtown East. A fourth pilot will serve Indigenous communities, recognizing the history of Indigenous peoples and their negative experiences with policing. This pilot will be Indigenous-led and co-developed with Indigenous communities. The full report is available online.

oronto Zoo Wildlife Conservancy launches phase two of Zoo Food For Life fundraising campaign. The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact your Toronto Zoo’s operations and revenue sources into 2021. Toronto Zoo and Terra Lumina have been closed to the public since November 23^rd, 2020 until further notice and the $1 million annual cost of food for our 5,000 animals is normally funded through our paid guest parking. Phase two of our Zoo Food For Life campaign will help to offset lost revenues and ensure funding for the Zoo’s Nutrition Program in 2021.For more information please visit www.wildlifeconservancy.ca/food.

Applications are now open for the new Ontario Small Business Support Grant. The program provides up to $20,000 to eligible small businesses that are required to close or significantly restrict services under the province-wide shutdown. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 74,476 cases of COVID-19, of these, 63,777 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 2,139 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto. Scarborough Health Network offers walk-in COVID-19 testing at Scarborough Village Recreation Centre. City of Toronto and partners completing resident vaccinations at all 87 long-term care homes in Toronto. The vaccination milestone comes well in advance of the Province of Ontario’s January 21, 2021 deadline to complete the first round of vaccinations in long-term care homes. More than 10,322 residents and 2,893 staff and essential caregivers have now been vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine on-site in Toronto long-term care homes. In addition, staff and essential caregivers have attended hospital clinics to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine. For more information please read this news release.

Toronto Public Health expands case and contact management work. As our local response to the spread of the virus continues, Toronto Public Health’s case and contact management program is an important tool to help curb the virus spread. To expand TPH’s case and contact management work, the following enhancements are currently underway: 180 contact callers and case managers have been added to focus on rapid isolation cases; and an additional 100 case managers are being recruited for TPH to focus on rapid isolation cases while TPH health staff perform higher risk investigations. City of Toronto employees raise over $1,345,802 for United Way through its annual employee fundraising campaign. For the last 19 years, staff from the City and its agencies and corporations have raised more than $1 million each year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s employee campaign was conducted virtually, including a Civic Run, Civic Gala, speaker series and special fundraising events across many work locations. Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) devises issue more than 53,000 tickets at first round of locations with steady reduction in speeding incidents and repeat offenders. The City’s 50 ASE devices issued a total of 53,090 tickets at the first round of locations from July 6, 2020 through the final day of enforcement on November 30, 2020. The devices started at the second round of locations on December 1, 2020. Enforcement data from December 2020 will be available in February. iPHARE which stands for Integrated Prevention and Harm Reduction initiative, is a multi-pronged effort by the City and community agencies to address opioid-related deaths in Toronto’s shelter system. There is an escalating opioid poisoning crisis in Toronto, which is impacting individuals experiencing homelessness. The new Ontario Small Business Support Grant provides a minimum of $10,000 and up to $20,000 to help small business owners during this challenging period. Ontario Government offers rate relieve during COVID-19. Effective January 1 through to January 28, 2021, the Government of Ontario is providing a temporary COVID-19 Recovery Rate for families, farms and small businesses who pay Time-Of-Use (TOU) or Tiered pricing. It is also important to remember, our mental health is paramount, and that we take care of ourselves and seek support if needed.

Watch Scarborough-Guildwood’s past Live Town Hall meetings on my YouTube channel!City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update:(Data as of January 11, 2020) There has been an increase of 879 COVID-19 cases in the City with 447 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 71,923 cases of COVID-19, of these, 60,859 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 2,075 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. Province of Ontario status of COVID-19 Cases can be found here.In response to a doubling in COVID-19 cases over the past two weeks, the Ontario government has declared its second provincial emergency.

The government will enact additional public health restrictions and actions including issuing a stay-at-home order requiring everyone to remain at home with exceptions for essential purposes, effective Thursday January 14, 2021 at 12:01am. This order and other new and existing public health restrictions and actions are aimed at limiting people’s mobility and reducing the number of daily contacts with those outside an immediate household.Additional Public Health restrictions include limited shopping hours from 7am to 8pm, reducing outdoor gathering limits from 10 to five people, and limiting office spaces to essential personnel, ensuring that employees who can work from home do so.

Restricted shopping hours do not affect groceries, pharmacies, gas stations, convenience stores and restaurants for take out and delivery. New enforcement measures under the declaration of a provincial emergency provide authority to all enforcement and provincial offences officers to issue tickets to individuals who do not comply with the stay-at-home order, those not wearing a mask or face covering indoors, and or to retail operators and companies who do not enforce these measures. Schools in Toronto, Peel Region, York, Hamilton and Windsor-Essex public health units will not return to in-person instruction until February 10, 2021.

New health and safety measures will be implemented in Ontario childcare settings, such as enhanced screening, voluntary participation in targeted testing and additional infection prevention control measures. The Toronto Public Library Reading Challenge is back for 2021! TPL is challenging you to read widely and try new books, authors and genres. Participate by reading or listening to 12 books in 12 brand-new categories between January and December 2021. Canadian Benefit for Parents of Young Victims of Crime. The death or disappearance of a child is devastating and can leave parents unable to work. Parents or legal guardians who have taken time away from work and suffered a loss of income to cope with the death or disappearance of their child or children may be eligible for federal income support of $450 per week. Dear Neighbours,

I want to thank everyone for their efforts during these difficult times. Let us all remember COVID-19 will hopefully be stopped, but we all must continue to keep following the mandated rules. We also need to remember, our mental health is paramount, and it is important we take care of ourselves and seek support if needed. For information on COVID-19 community supports please visit this link.

Toronto is in the Grey-Lockdown level of restrictions in the Keeping Ontario Safe and Open Framework – From November 23 to December 21. Remember to practicephysical distancing, washing your hands as often as possible and wear a mask or face covering. Residents are asked to limit contact with people not in the same household and to stay home as much as possible.

To help residents understand the Grey-Lockdown category measures, the City has created a Do and Don’t guide. This guide communicates what is – and what is not – permitted under the province’s lockdown stage, to help stop the spread of COVID-19.

As the holidays are fast approaching, I’d like to remind everyone to practice public health advice on how to protect yourself and loved ones this holiday season, more information please read the City’s COVID-19 Holiday Guide online.

City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update: (Data as of December 16, 2020) There has been an increase of 794 COVID-19 cases in the City with 296 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City has seen a total of 51,495 cases of COVID-19, of these, 44,001 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 1,751 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto, an increase of 10 fatal case since the day before. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. Province of Ontario status of COVID-19 Cases can be found here.

This week, the Province of Ontario delivered its first doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at Toronto’s University Health Network and The Ottawa Hospital. If you have any questions about the new COVID-19 vaccine on how it works or who can get it, please visit the City’s new COVID-19 vaccine webpage for the latest facts to keep you informed.

Scarborough Health Network is offering walk-in Pop-up COVID-19 Assessment Centres in the community between 9am – 4pm on December 18 at Scarborough Village Recreation Centre (3600 Kingston Road). More information on SHN’s COVID-19 Pop-up Assessment Centre is available at www.shn.ca/covid19-popup.

The City of Toronto opened its four Warming Centres last night to help those experiencing homelessness. Spaces are offered at 129 Peter St, 5800 Yonge St, Exhibition Place, Better Living Centre, 190 Prince’s Blvd and Scarborough Civic Centre, 150 Borough Dr. These Warming Centres are scheduled to remain open, 24/7 until Friday December 18 at noon. More information can be read in this news release.

The City of Toronto is cancelling all planned 2020 holiday CampTO camps and winter instructional programs due to COVID-19. This decision follows recommendations from Toronto Public Health and the City’s Medical Officer of Health while Toronto remains in the Grey-Lockdown category. The City is issuing refunds automatically to all current camp and Learn-to-Skate registrants. While registrants do not need to request a refund, they can contact pfrcustomerservice@toronto.ca with any questions. More information can be read in the news release.

Toronto City Council approved an implementation plan for a tax on vacant homes in Toronto starting in 2022. A vacant home tax aims to increase the housing supply by encouraging homeowners to sell or rent their unoccupied home – and, if they choose to continue to keep the home vacant, a tax is levied. This revenue can then be used to fund affordable housing projects. More information can be read in the news release.

Toronto City Council has approved the 2021 rate-supported operating and capital budgets for Toronto Water, Toronto Parking Authority and Solid Waste Management Services. The approved budgets maintain current service levels and make critical investments in infrastructure while reducing planned rate increases to just 1.5 per cent. The 2021 operating and capital budgets have been developed with the guiding principles of addressing financial challenges that have been created by COVID-19, prioritizing initiatives that will support economic restart and recovery efforts, and embedding equity by finding opportunities to make the city more fair and livable for those who live and work here. Canadian South Asian Growth & Support Services (CSAGSS) announces its FREE GOOD-FOOD BOX initiative! For those in need, starting December 29^th, CSAGSS will be providing free boxes of food to those all over Scarborough. Through the pandemic the City of Toronto has seen a total of 49,236 cases of COVID-19, of these, 42,294 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 1,717 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto, an increase of 4 fatal case since the day before. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. The City of Toronto is announcing the opening of transitional home for LGBTQI2S youth experiencing homelessness. The new transitional housing facility will provide units for 33 you between the ages of 16 and 29, who identify as LGBTQI2S and are currently experiencing homelessness. The site will give youth a place to love for three to twelve months, depending on need, with an option to extend their stay after the first year. More information can be read in the news release.

Toronto History Museums launces Awakenings program, a virtual series of art projects by Black, Indigenous and artists of colour. Awakenings is a new program that will feature art projects that explore untold stores, awaken a new perspective and invite the public to join the conversation. The series is part of the City of Toronto’s efforts to address anti-Black racism and will be released over the next couple of years. More information can be read in the news release.

The City of Toronto released its 2018 Greenhouse Gas Inventory, which tracks Toronto’s progress towards greenhouse gas reduction targets and identifies key emissions sources. The City confirmed it is on track to exceed its 2020 target of a 30 per cent reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. TransformTO is the City’s long-range strategy to reduce GHG emissions to help address climate change. More information can be read in the news release.

IllumiNATION is a virtual celebration of lights across Canada. The City of Toronto contributed the Toronto segment to this virtual show, which will feature Canadian Pairs Champions Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro skating at Nathan Phillips Square. The national webcast will also include segments from Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, Moncton, Calgary, Vancouver, Yellowknife and Old Crow. IllumiNATION will premiere December 17 at 8 p.m. on Canadian Heritage’s website and will be available until January 7, 2021 on Canadian Heritage’s YouTube channel.

Dear Neighbours,

As the holidays are fast approaching, I’d like to remind everyone to practice public health advice on how to protect yourself and loved ones this holiday season. General advice to consider when planning your holiday season include virtual holiday events, outdoor holiday activities, decorating your homes and if possible, donating to holiday charities or toy drives. Residents are encouraged to show support for local businesses and Toronto retailers by shopping online and arranging delivery or curbside pickup. City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update: (Data as of December 10, 2020) There has been an increase of 502 COVID-19 cases in the City of Toronto. There are 279 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City of Toronto has seen a total of 47,609 cases of COVID-19, of these, 40,669 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 1,703 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto, an increase of 11 fatal case since the day before. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. REMINDER: Knights of Columbus is hosting a Christmas Community Food Drive this Saturday December 12^th from 9am to 12pm at St. Martin de Porres Church (Parking Lot), located at 4179 Lawrence Ave E. This will be a drive-through food drive with appropriate COVID-19 protocols in place. Community members are invited to bring non-perishable food items, much needed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Members of the Knights of Columbus will take donations from the trunk of your car. The food items will then be delivered to community Food Banks.

REMINDER: Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre Community Council will be running a Holiday Toy Drive this year to support the East Scarborough Boys and Girls Club, Toronto Police Auxiliary and Malvern Family Resource Centre this weekend December 11-13, 2020 – Friday:5:30-7:30pm; Saturday & Sunday: 10am-12pm & 2-4pm. Location drop off will take place in the East Entrance drop off area staffed by community council members. More details at this link.

Today is Day 10 of 12 Days of Giving in the City of Toronto. The Toronto Medics Strongest Link program which provides lifesaving First Aid, CPR and AED training sessions for people in qualified priority neighbourhoods, as well as schools and community groups. More examples of ways to give back this holiday season include DonateTO, making donations to the Daily Bread Food Bank, making donations to Toronto Animal Services for pets living in low-income families or participating in the Firefighters Toy Drive.

IllumiNATION is a virtual celebration of lights across Canada. IllumiNATION will take Canadians on a magical cross-country journey to meet talented Canadians and discover the most beautiful lights in Canada. The City of Toronto contributed the Toronto segment to this virtual show, which will feature Canadian Pairs Champions Kirsten Moore-Towers and Michael Marinaro skating at Nathan Phillips Square. The national webcast will also include segments from Ottawa, Montreal, Halifax, Moncton, Calgary, Vancouver, Yellowknife and Old Crow. IllumiNATION will premiere December 17 at 8 p.m. on Canadian Heritage’s website and will be available until January 7, 2021 on Canadian Heritage’s YouTube channel.

Tell the City about your experience with accessing crisis and support services! The City of Toronto is developing a community-based crisis response service that is collaborative, effective, and community-centric. The City’s second survey is now live until Monday December 14. The survey asks residents for their insights and experiences accessing crisis and supportive services, staying safe in a crisis, community safety and future investments that would provide care or support to prevent people from falling into crisis.

Dear Neighbours,

Following Health Canada’s approval of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced that Ontario is ready to receive the COVID-19 vaccine as soon as they are available. The province has confirmed that all necessary security measures are in place and can expect a small number of doses to arrive in the coming days. Beginning Tuesday, December 15, the first doses will be administered at University Health Network and The Ottawa Hospital to health care workers who are providing care in long-term care homes and other high-risk settings. City of Toronto COVID-19 Case Update: (Data as of December 9, 2020) There has been an increase of 558 COVID-19 cases in the City of Toronto. There are 251 people currently hospitalized. Through the pandemic the City of Toronto has seen a total of 47,142 cases of COVID-19, of these, 30,108 cases have recovered. To this date, there have been 1,692 COVID-19 deaths in Toronto, an increase of 8 fatal case since the day before. Case status data can be found on the City’s reporting platform. Toronto Fire Services has partnered with First Alert, to help ensure Toronto residents in vulnerable communities have the required smoke and carbon monoxide (CO) alarms needed to stay safe. Knowing that more Torontonians will be spending time indoors this winter, First Alert has generously donated 300 CO alarms to Community Centre 55, an organization that helps serve and support vulnerable communities. The CO alarms will be distributed, as part of Community Centre 55’s Christmas Hamper program, to families who are most in need. More information can be read in this news release.

Short-term rental operators in Toronto must register by December 31 to continue hosting. Beginning January 1, 2021, registered operators must start collecting the Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT). After January 1, 2021, the City will take enforcement action against operators who are not registered or are not following the rules. Enforcement action will also be taken against short-term rental companies that allowed unregistered operators to list on their platform or contravene the bylaw. Financial Accountability Office (FAO) report highlights Ontario municipalities’ need for 2021 relief funding due to COVID-19. The report confirms that the City has been hit harder financially than any other municipality in Ontario, in both total and per capita financial impacts. The City projects the 2020 year-end financial impacts of COVID-19 to be more than $1.7 billion, with the effects continuing well into 2021. The City has mitigated some of these costs by using a combination $500 million in workforce and spending restraints and cost avoidance, such as voluntary separation, a hiring slowdown, management, non-union and Councillor pay freeze, and the cancellation of the non-union pay-for-performance program. In creating a TCDSB Dismantling Anti-Black Racism (DABR) Strategy, TCDSB students, staff and families who identify as Black and/or African Canadian are asked to share their experiences and/por to participate in upcoming focus groups. Go Expansion Program Public Information Centre #3 is now open. The GO Expansion consists of many different projects, three TPAPs – New Track and Facilities TPAP, Scarborough Junction Grade Separation TPAP, Stoufville Rail Corridor Grade Separations TPAP – and 2 addenda – the Network-Wide Structure Project and an Addendum to the GO Rail Network Electrification. To participate visit this page to review and learn more about what infrastructure is proposed near you, which TPAP or addenda the infrastructure falls under and provide feedback and ask questions. This public information centre will be open until Friday December 11, 2020.

Durham-Scarborough Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Public Information Centre #3. The purpose of the Public Information Centre is to present and seek feedback on the preliminary design and results of the technical studies, including potential impacts and proposed mitigation measures.
