Thank you for your efforts in keeping our community safe during these difficult times. As we prepare for our second vaccination, some have yet to receive their first dose. Please review the City of Toronto’s COVID-19 Vaccines webpage, to inform yourself of the benefits of vaccination, we are close to reopening and turning the corner to a positive summer. Remember to follow the public health measures in place and continue to support one another. 

Scarborough Health Network Family Pop-Up COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics – FIRST DOSE ONLY. For Individuals aged 12+ who live or work or go to school in Scarborough. First come, first served basis. no appointment needed. Proof of address/employment is required. www.scarbvaccine.ca

*NEW* City of Toronto immunization clinics opening 10,000 new appointments, new groups eligible to book second dose appointment at City clinics next week – News Release. This morning, the City of Toronto opened more than 10,000 additional vaccination appointments across three City-run clinics, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Cloverdale Mall and Scarborough Town Centre.

*NEW* First-dose AstraZeneca recipients eligible to book second dose appointment at City clinics – News Release. Expected the week of June 7, 2021, individuals who received their first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine and who choose to receive an mRNA vaccine for their second dose can register for a “second dose only” at a 12-week interval at a City-run clinic through the provincial booking system.

City of Toronto Immunization Clinics & Eligibility: Eligible individuals can book through the provincial booking system at www.toronto.ca/covid19 or by calling 1-833-943-3900.

  • First dose: Everyone aged 12+ are encouraged to book their first dose appointment online or through the provincial booking line.
  • Second dose: Individuals aged 80+ with a confirmed second dose date at a City-run clinic are eligible to reschedule their second dose appointment for an earlier date
  • As of June 7, second dose appointments will be eligible for: Residents 70+; Residents received first dose of Pfizer or Moderna before April 18.

Toronto East Health Network Mobile & Pop-Up Vaccine Clinic: Open to all individuals 12+ who live/work/attend school in any “M” postal code, with priority access for select populations. Visit the pop-up vaccine page for more details: www.tehn.ca/VaccinePopUps

Scarborough Health Network Community Vaccine Clinic & Eligibility: Eligibility criteria and booking information is available at www.scarbvaccine.ca

  • First dose: Individuals 18+; Individuals 12+ at the Centenary College and TAIBU Community Health Centre sites
  • Second dose: Individuals eligible for an accelerated second dose appointment at SHN will be contacted directly to reschedule your appointment. DO NOT BOOK a second dose appointment online.

COVID-19 Pharmacy Vaccine Locations & Eligibility: Full details on eligibility and pharmacy locations administering the COVID-19 vaccine can be found here.

  • First dose: Individuals 12+ to get the Pfizer vaccine; Individuals 18+ to get the Moderna Vaccine
  • Second dose: If you received a first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine between March 10, 2021 or later, you are eligible to book your second dose beginning the week of May 24, at an earlier interval of 12 weeks. Please contact the pharmacy where you received your first dose.

Where to get accurate COVID-19 vaccine information:

All of Ontario, including of Toronto, remains subject to provincial Shutdown Zone provisions until further notice in accordance with the Province’s Roadmap to Reopen. Indoor gatherings with individuals from other households are not permitted and outdoor gatherings are limited to 5 people or fewer, who may be from different households. A summary of restrictions can be found on the “Reopening Ontario” webpage, which includes details on what measures are in place before the province enters Step One of the Roadmap to Reopen plan. Residents can also review the City’s COVID-19 Guide for Residents for more details on public health guidance, provincial regulations and City bylaws.
