Visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toronto.ca\/home\/covid-19\/covid-19-protect-yourself-others\/covid-19-vaccines\/covid-19-how-to-get-vaccinated\/?accordion=city-immunization-clinics\">COVID-19: How to Get Vaccinated<\/a> page for more details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>City of Toronto continuing to take action to reduce speeding and improve road safety as students return to school \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.toronto.ca\/news\/city-of-toronto-continuing-to-take-action-to-reduce-speeding-and-improve-road-safety-as-students-return-to-school\/\"><strong>News Release<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>The return to school increases vehicle traffic as well as the number of people walking or cycling, especially in School Safety Zones and Community Safety Zones. As students make their way back to class, the City is encouraging all road users to be mindful of their surroundings, share the road, stay alert and obey the rules to ensure everyone\u2019s safety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The City is continuing work to implement several Vision Zero Road Safety Plan programs and initiatives to protect students, parents, guardians and teachers on the roadway, including: Automated Speed Enforcement, School Crossing Guards Program, School Safety Zones, Pedestrian Head Start Signals and Speed limit reductions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Toronto Police Traffic Services, Back to School Campaign, from September 9 to 17 \u2013 <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/torontopolice.on.ca\/newsreleases\/50914\"><strong>News Release<\/strong><\/a><strong>. <\/strong>As our most vulnerable road users head back to the classroom, the Toronto Police Service\u2019s commitment to road safety continues to be a priority. The Back to School campaign will focus on reminding all road users about increased traffic across Toronto, specifically within school and residential zones.
